This machine is widely used in transmission tower, telecommunication, or steel structure for connection plate punching, drilling and marking, also can be used in other mechanical and chemical industries.
Machine is composed of main frame, X, Y axis worktable, hydraulic system, electrical control system, drilling unit etc.
1. Main frame is fortified C-type welding structure, with strong rigidity and longevity of service.
2. Worktable with ball-bearings supports work piece, grip resistance is less.
3. X-axis and Y-axis are driven by servo-motor and ball screw, ensure higher positioning precision, stable operation and longevity of service.
4. Two axis CNC, ensure high positioning precision.
5. Work piece program can be inputted manually, also can be created by lofting software automatically and then transmitted through USB or network, stimulant work piece graphics can be displayed in order to make program checking more conveniently.
6. Self-correcting hydraulic clamp, automatically adapts to the inequalities of work piece, distance between two clamps can be adjusted to adapt to the size of work piece.
1. With computer, special programming software and system control software, finishes workpiece programming and operation monitor, breakdown inspection etc.
2. PLC adopts Japan MITSUBISHI FX series, with 2 axis CNC modular, together with X, Y axis compose position control loop, PLC and CNC form integrated part, greatly improves system reliability and flexibility.
3. X, Y axis adopt Japan YASKAWA advanced servo motor, ensures positioning accuracy and maintenance free, A, B axis max. positioning speed is 12m/min, no-load position accuracy is ±0.1mm.
4. With complete breakdown alarm system, can point out breakdown position and reasons.
5. Program can correct irregular workpice size.
