Machine application:
Gantry movable type CNC plate drilling machine, mainly used for drilling steel plates, flange, heat exchanger etc. No need of manual alignment and lineation, realizes automatic and continuous drilling if input workpiece processing position and parameters. With advantages of easy programming and operation, high processing efficiency and accuracy.
Machine is flexible CNC drilling machine, suitable for mass production.
Machine configuration:
Machine composed of worktable, movable gantry, longitudinal slip board, drilling head, automatic chip conveyor, recycle cooling device, hydraulic system, electrical control system etc.
Machine features:
1. Worktable is welded structure, after aging treatment acquires better rigidity and processing stability. With adjustable bolt on machine bottom, for convenient adjustment of worktable and machine level.
2. Can find holes to drill at X, Y axis automatically.
3. Drilling head is Morse 4, equip with Morse 2, 3 variable diameter handle.
4. 4 processing zones,12 rapid hydraulic clamps, capable of clamping four sets of workpieces, and unload workpieces when drilling simultaneously.
5. Programming software based on Windows platform with CAD connection,fast and convenient programming,and visual previewing.
6. CNC+PLC system, LCD monitor.
7. Automatic chip removal, recycle use of coolant.
8. Ball screw, linear guide rail, hydraulic pump, valve, spindle, servo motor, driver, PLC are chosen from international famous brands.
