Machine is widely applied in power transmission, steel tower, railway, bridge building, for angle punching marking and shearing. Also is called CNC angle production line.

5. 3 CNC axis, for holes distance and two sides gauge line adjustment, high position accuracy;
6. High accuracy of holes distance positioning, infeed part with encoder, for actual position feedback and error compensation, forms closed loop control.
1. High efficiency punching: punching 45 times/min. Over 870kgs for processing angle 40x4mm, 1000kgs for angle 40x5mm, one hour and process 30 angles 40x4mm and 12m length (1 angle takes 2 min). We specially designed 40t punching cylinder and 90t oil cylinder. Marking cylinder has enough size to make marking clear.
2. Accurate pressing position: Before, rod oscillating press, The running track is circular arc, not vertical downward. It will cause the deviation of the material position from the center, resulting in the error of the core distance and the instability of the accuracy. So company designed vertical pressing (as pic. shows), can better ensure processing accuracy stability.
3. High accuracy of holes distance: X axis adopts closed loop control, with position feedback function.
4. Single blade shearing, independent pressing device, more stable shearing process.

C) Software program can read BOCAD, TEKLA lofting software, now we have developed program to realize connection with LANTEK.
