Machine is composed of frame, 3 CNC slide tables, 3 drilling spindles boxes, side clamping device, servo feeding carriage, conveyor, air-mist cooling, hydraulic system, PLC control system, chip conveyor etc.
1. Machine frame fixed and workpiece movable structure, frame is welded from enough strength steel plate, suitable for processing H beam of small and medium size, continuous production and high automation degree.
2.5 CNC axis, each CNC axis is guided by precision linear roller guide rail, driven by AC servo motor and ball screw, ensures positioning accuracy.
3. CNC carriage feeding, with photoelectric counter switch, forms a closed loop control, ensures feeding position accuracy.
4. Total 3 drilling boxes, hydraulic automatic control stroke, automatic switch of fast feeding-working speed-fast return, improves efficiency by reducing empty running.
5. Adopts air-mist cooling, realizes through air and high pressure water, small quantity use of coolant, reduces costs, environmental protection, reduces drill bits wear.
6. Control system is composed of PC, CNC system, photoelectric encoder, PLC etc. Direct conversion of CAD/CAM to processing program.
7. To ensure machine reliability and long term service, components are all international famous brands, such as liner roller guide rail, servo motor, servo amplifier, hydraulic components etc.
