1. CNC system of angle drilling machine, ensures drilling distance in longitudinal direction, angle 2 sides also adopt CNC, ensures two sides multiple gauge line drilling.
2. Machine frame is vertical box type structure, welded from steel plates, after aging treatment removes welding stress, through 3D modeling and stress analysis, ensures machine good rigidity and processing accuracy.
3. Drilling heads feeding and gauge line directions adopt two linear guide rails, driven by AC servo motor, precision ball screw, realizes drilling head feeding and gauge line adjustment. C type structure, doesn’t deform after long term use. Company adopts roller guide rail in gauge line direction, improves loading capacity and rigidity.
4. Because of big driving slip weight, company improves driving motor from 2.0kW to 4.4kW in gauge line direction, dragging force is bigger, low motor load rate, prolongs motor longevity and working reliability and stability.
5. Machine is suitable for drilling different holes diameters, can drill angle width no more than 250mm, greatly improves processing efficiency in comparison with traditional processing methods.
