Supertime was honored to receive guests from Russia, the TOP 3 Machine Tools Trading Company in Russia-INVENT.
As the leading traders in the CNC machinery for steel tower, steel structure, heat exchanger and boiler drum manufacturing. General manager Mr.Sergei expressed his willingness for future cooperation with Supertime.
Guests visited workshop, The most impressive part is high efficiency drilling on tube. According to his words:
“This is my 1-st time seeing this high speed drilling machine for tube, really it is a miracle, that solves the boiler industry tube processing difficulties!”
When it comes to the question: why don’t you use the plasma or flame cutting for tube processing?
Supertime CEO Mr.Sun patiently explained: “ the shell header is large diameter seamless steel pipe, general use of magnetic wheel gas cutting machine. For the P91 material pipe, because of its poor thermal cutting performance, large sawing machines can be used for sawing and cutting.
As for drilling, it comes to the national industrial standard, because of the stress problems around holes, should adopt either radial drilling or our double gantry high speed drilling machine. The groove of a tube hole is processed at one time.
