Mechanical reasons:
1. Buffer cylinder and obstruction switch on the feeding trolley of the CNC angle steel production line: The rear of the clamp rod is obstructed by insufficient air pressure in the buffer cylinder, and the obstruction switch is not at the transmission point, which may cause errors due to compression of the buffer cylinder when the angle steel is fed in front.
Solution: The air pressure should be maintained at 0.5-0.7MPa, or the obstruction switch should be adjusted more sensitively.
2. The clamping of the clamp is not firm: If the clamp is obstructed or collides with the material, it is necessary to first check whether the clamping of the clamp is loose before continuing to punch. When clamping, the angle steel must rely on the root of the clamping jaw to ensure that the root of the clamping jaw also plays a pushing role when feeding, and to prevent the angle steel from moving inside the clamping mouth. If clamping very thin materials, attention should also be paid to whether the joint size of the clamping jaws is small enough to reliably clamp the materials.
Solution: The connection between the piston end of the clamping cylinder and the swing rod is threaded, and the size of the clamp opening and closing can be adjusted by adjusting the depth of the piston thread in the connection part.
3. External encoder detection gear: This detection gear is connected to the small gear shaft through a key to maintain synchronization. If the key is worn and there is a gap between the shaft and the gear, it will cause positioning errors in the car. Or the measurement may change due to wear and tear caused by prolonged use of the small gear.
Solution: Replace with a new mating key or small gear.
4. Coupling of external encoder: The shaft of the external encoder is connected to the shaft of the detection small gear through a black elastic coupling to maintain synchronization. If this coupling is damaged or the top screw is not tightened, it will damage the synchronization between the encoder and the gear, causing errors in hole spacing.
Solution: If the coupling is damaged, it can be replaced with a 6mm inner diameter trachea that is tightly tied at both ends with wire. Or tighten the top thread again.
5. The shaft of the clamp lifting mechanism: The clamp lifting is rotated around two threaded pin shafts. Note that the threaded pin shafts should be in place to prevent the entire lifting plate from moving and affecting the hole spacing.
