Russian customer came to Jinan Supertime Technology Co.,Ltd. for onsite inspection of CNC tube plate drilling machine.

As indicated by customer, needed machine to drill holes on flange in pipe tower industry.

During onsite visit, we explained some of GZP machine advantages:

1.Frame is cast iron structure, through thermal aging treatment acquires good static and dynamic feature.

2.Finite element analysis of gantry, strengthens weak parts, ensures high reliability for long term usage.

3.Frame and worktable are separated structure, absorbs vibration force during high speed drilling process.

4.Machine has high speed drilling (to 3000rpm), milling, tapping and boring functions.

5.Drilling diameter to 80mm, suitable for thick plate processing 300mm.

6.For installation, uses secondary grouting, puts parallels block in concrete, to better bear equipment load.
