1.Operation qualifications:

Receiving professional training from Supertime, has responsibility, and follow the safety operation rules and skills, know well the equipment features and structure. Processing should be kept within equipment production capacity for higher efficiency.

2.Strict management system:

Regular safe education is necessary. Ensure safe environment, improve the safety awareness of operators. In case of accidents, shut down equipment immediately, record the accident and find out reasons and trouble shooting methods, contact us if necessary.

3.Work cloths:

Be sure to put on work cloths, safety helmet, shoes, glasses before entering workshop. Pay attention, don’t wear gloves, ring, watches.

4.Dangerous areas:

High voltage terminal in the transformer, frequency converter and motor box is very dangerous. Only professional staff can touch this part.

5.Scientific sharpening:

After period usage of drill bit, necessary to sharpen it before work. To get better efficiency and protect tools.
