With Supertime designed and manufactured CNC angle drilling and cutting lines, the working process can be easily controlled and automatically managed through our self-developed software programs.
Steel angles are automatically loaded to the conveyor track by transfer arms. Automatic clamping and feeding process. Sweden SANDVIK inner cooling carbide drill, air + mist cooling realizes better cooling effect, recycle use of coolant. 4 letter groups for marking unit, can process 4 workpiece in 1 nesting.
The angle range: 140*140*10-350*350*40mm;
Max.drilling capacity: φ26*35 (thickness) mm;
Angle material can be Q235, Q345, Q420;
Max.angle feeding speed: 40m/min.
