Equipment consists of complicated system, SIEMENS CNC system, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, electrical system etc. Hydraulic system is composed of solenoid valve, one-way valve, relief valve and unloading valve ensure the stable operation of the system, reduces the breakdown rate, and prolongs system and equipment service life.

1.In higher oil temperature, seals are easily to age rapidly; In lower oil temperature, system doesn’t run smoothly, and hard to start. Any abnormal heating indicates that the system exist wearing components or the wrong pressure setting of the control components.

2.Generally, the best use temperature of No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is 45~55℃. The system temperature is not more than 65℃, if exceeds, then stop machine for inspection. If the weather is cold and the temperature is lower than 10℃, because of the sticky oil, the running parts are not flexible and the lubrication conditions are poor, so it can’t be put into operation immediately. Otherwise, all parts of the oil pump should be lubricated and run continuously without load.

3.If the system stops working over 2 months. Before restart, the system should run a few minutes so that all the components of the system will be lubricated enough.

4.Before longer time shutdown, the piston rod of the cylinder should be retracted into the cylinder. Otherwise, preservatives should be applied on the cylinder surface, and the oil should be replaced with anti-corrosive oil.

5.When the hydraulic system has serious oil leakage and the frequent failure, the equipment should be overhauled and replace all the seals, and replace the piston rod guide sleeve, grind the slight injury surface.
