5.Bridge installation

Put the seal on the left side of the bridge, then, put the install the bridge on the left side of the bed; connect to the right side of the bed. The machine bed installation will be done after welding the bed plate and pre-buried plate.

6.Gantry installation

Lift the gantry, and put on the locating pin and slide carriage bolts on one side, and then install the locating pin through rotating the ball screw. The process of the installation should be smooth and easy. After put the gantry and the slide carriage, fix the bolts.

7.Chip collector plate installation

Put the bed of two sides on the foundation plate while measure the width of bridge, the width of the distance of the beds should be 5mm wider the than the bridge for bridge installation.

8.Chip conveyor installation

Put it under the bridge, with cart and water tank.
