It is often found after installation that there is no special grounding bolt on the second floor, the section of the protective ground wire is small, the openable door equipped with electrical appliances is not reliably connected with the metal frame with bare copper flexible wire, the connection between the wire and the appliance is not firm and there is reverse ring phenomenon, the screw nut does not need galvanized parts, the wire diameter does not meet the requirements, and the wire is not marked according to the color code No card cabinet and electrical circuit diagram, unreasonable layout and spacing of appliances, no N and PE terminal strip, etc. The quality will also be affected if the construction period is delayed.

Measures: first of all, when processing and ordering, the technical requirements meeting the design and specification standards shall be put forward to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer shall make samples, and the products shall be produced after passing the acceptance; and the products shall be inspected and accepted strictly according to the requirements of the design and specification standards before installation.
