1.Welding operation is strictly prohibited (if necessary, disconnect the servo line).
11. Strengthen all welded bed plate.
2.Machine running without operator is strictly prohibited.
3.Don’t wear gloves to operate CNC tube drilling machine.
4.Clean chips timely, if not, affects cutting fluid recycle use.
5.Check hydraulic oil quantity before operation. Add some if not enough.
6.Check lubricant quantity before operation. Add some if not enough.
7.Before machine automatic running, make sure hydraulic system, cooling system, chip removing system work.
8. Regardless of working mode, start hydraulic unit in main machine frame side.
9. If moves V type supporting bracket, loose the quick plug hydraulic connector, connect it to the aim place.
10. If reference point is lost, system can’t run automatically, follow the following steps:
X axis: move chuck to the last back place, click “X back”, X axis will be back to reference point automatically.
Z axis: in mode of reference point, click “Z up”, Z axis will be back to reference point automatically.
A axis: has absolute valve encoder, after commissioning no need back to reference point, in special case, align locking hole to the automatic locking device, set A axis parameter P34210 as 1, in mode of reference point, click “A positive rotation”, will be back to reference point.
11.When programming is generated, in MDA mode check rotation angle, min.hole distance and chuck claw.
12.After drilling, ensure drilling head higher than the chuck claw, to prevent damage of chuck rotation to tools and spindles.
