Machine structure:

Machine frame, longitudinal slide table, transverse slide table, drilling head, movable gantry, worktable, clamping device, chip conveyor, hydraulic system, cooling system, centralized lubrication system, electrical system, pneumatic system etc.

Working principle:

Workpiece fixed, gantry movable structure, preset of workpiece processing program, direct conversion of CAD/CAM, automatic control of processing speed.

1) Put workpiece on worktable, flange type better in center, plate type close to clamp, convenient to operate and adjust position, and press well.

2) Mark workpiece benchmark.

3) Find 3 benchmark, determine coordinate of workpiece on SIEMENS 808D interface.

4) Make benchmark in coincidence with origin of CAD coordinate system. Save as *.DXF file.

5) Click “CAD programming”, find DXF file which needs to be processed, then “confirm”, “display image”.

6) Start button, X axis positioning, then Y, V axis, start drilling.

7) Note the program number which is not over, start this step firstly the next time, until the whole program is finished.
