CNC angle line structure and working principle

CNC angle line is an essential equipment for angle punching, marking and shearing in power transmission industry. Machine has automatic loading and unloading material functions. Time-saving, high accuracy and processing efficiency.

Machine structure:

NC feeding carriage, rotary feeding unit, punching unit, marking unit (closed type), shearing unit (double or single blade), hydraulic system, electrical control system etc.

Machine working principle:

1.Infeed material: Manually puts angle material to transverse table.

2.Transverse table infeed: Material table through reducer motor drives chain wheel rotate, block on chain wheel does transverse movement on anti-wear nylon board. Drops on V type groove.

3.Rotation to infeed conveyor: Rotary chain drives feeding claws rotate around axis, V type opening mouth of feeding claw keeps upward, lifts angle material and sends to infeedconveyor.

4.Angle infeed: gripping jaw clamps workpiece through cylinder. NC carriage is CNC control, realizes workpiece NC feeding.

5.Marking: Marking unit drops to marking position, marking selection cylinder through CNC system chooses letter box and pushes to marking place, marking cylinder presses letter on workpiece.

6.Punching: punching mould consists of punching rod, punching head, die. Pressing device clamps workpiece, cylinder pushes block to upper part of punching rod.

7.Shearing: After punching, NC carriage pushes workpiece to designated position, shear cylinder works and realize shearing function.

8.Outfeed: last step of processing.
